Not in this anymore but may be useful to you that the H&L FUND was sold for I believe 500k in feb 2015 . This was at the time when villa was at the healm and Nilesh jagatia was his financial officer ( both resigned July and August 2015 ) . I believe we’ve already received the money for this in 2016 . 😁. It took a while for it to be paid from the announcement I believe .

If the court case was on the 16th May in relation to final list of creditors , then why hasnt the result of such proceeding being released by The company to the market . Any body got any thoughts ?

There will not be an rns today as its monday and its been a weekend in italy . Generally they return to work monday pm . There wont be an rns after thursday as its the weekend on friday . Is it any wonder anything gets done in italy
