I see they’ve opened up the country to students , acedemics and business people from July 18th , maybe pc is in the states ready to sign off some contracts once permit lands which hopefully will be this week

Once the permit land what’s people’s views on which direction pc will take this , joint venture? Go at it alone ( reason seems its shovel and loaders job )
