Needed from pc on this Hazen and additional sepiolite claim to inform investors on why it wasn’t put into an rns and disclosed to investors prior to annual report

I had a conversation prior to agm commencing and one of my concerns raised was on the subject of an rns on both the Hazen claims and the sepiolite testing by the euro company .I basically said I wasn’t happy in relation to comms and pr as well as the companies performance . The answerwas basically to say that he didn’t want to appear to be going into other areas at the moment ( hazen and sepiolite ) .make of that what you wish but that was basically the answere

Sepiolite is going to be interesting if the claim is proved up with a good quality resource , early days but sounds very interesting

CS , ongoing negotiations , crmc has a lot of staff absence due to omicron variant , circa 25% of the crmc people there negotiating with . Interesting that the commercial test was done at an airport ( . That may narrow it down to who it is ) Pc was very informative and answered a lot of questions from the three investors that were there . Others present were staff and members of bod , production is key on cs and still the target as he’s detailed in past . there are still some disagreements on the fine detail of cs but both sides are working hard to overcome this . there definitely not interested in the perlite side of things , as for perlite . this is very much in high demand from some users who are having difficulty obtaining from usual sources ( one of which was in Mexico ) . Sepiolite seems to be a high value target circa $1000 per tonne for high grade . Initial sampling grades ours at around 90% however pC did state further drilling required to establish depth and commercial viability ( he stated he only knows of three commercial viable deposits in the world ) . Hence the interest from European . PC is fully aware of investors frustrations and he will release more when he has more . Will post more

If we look back from the inception of these clowns , that’s 2006 then they haven’t delivered anything in terms of shareholder value , suggest people look at item 4 on the AGM agenda , this allows pc and his cronies to dilute , dilute , dilute , . Food for thought people

Suggest people start thinking of the AGM and voicing there concerns there when PC has no where to hide .

The only thing new that came ou5 of that was hazen, Nevada which is a new claim , and the sepiolite claim which is being tested by European industrial mineral company , ( none of these acquisitions / claims were put in an rns to inform investors prior to the audited results ) or have I missed something . The detailed finances discussion was the only new thing ( everything else we knew on the limited activity for 2021 .fact it’s **** poor that since May we have had virtually nothing in terms of new info that has been disclosed via rns . PC really needs to pull his finger out of his arse
