Suggest shareholders that can .Attend the AGM

Will be interesting to hear what the board have to say and explain what the he’ll is happening here

Proves he doesn’t give a toss more like , do you honestly actually believe this man can deliver anything to shareholders , because from where I’m sat he hasn’t delivered or achieved sweet fa

Well last year I attended the AGM . I asked Patrick this question directly to his face .

“ when are you going to deliver some value to shareholders as after 16 years you haven’t to date “

The reply

Well the stuff we have will continue gaining value. And if your not happy you can always sell ,

Well blinding response which clearly demonstrates he doesn’t give a toss about private investors

17 years of fundraising .dilution and lack of achievement and delivery of value to shareholders is why we are here .it’s caught up with PC .bloody disgrace !

Needed from PC and the board . 50% drop since the issue of convertible security . Not acceptable !

Don’t recall you being their at the last agm .

You got to remember Patrick and the board don’t like to be questioned as to either decisions ,discussions ,performance , credibility ,or anything that makes them uncomfortable .expect nothing from them .suggest people go to the AGM and question any of the above directly . As for the boards item to be agreed about raising funds .then shareholders need to give that serious consideration

Agm , 17th feb , it is formally announced via rns with annual report usually a couple of days after final audited results , so where is that ?

Agree he needs to up his communication in general to shareholders as well as rns detail.

I note he is urging investors to support the ability of the company to fundraise by shares issue etc , well he may find that difficult this time round as there was
quite a lot of objection last year . Needs to deliver something concrete and substantive before the agm imo .
