Many thanks for your answer Biffadog. I realise HUR will keep the lion's share of the earnings but they do take ALL of the risks. That's what a potential buyer would be buying into so, I presume that's why we don't have a buyer yet. Simply put, once the earnings/risks ratio tips in our favour......
Earnings are quantified, risks??? I suppose that's why the share price is where it is now & not much higher?

Could somebody explain to me why a major might want to buy HUR out?
I thought circa 450kbo were now being sold on a regular basis, to BP? As long as that remains the case that just means BP gets this oil (and more as it becomes available) totally risk free. If FB problems were to arise in the future, HUR would take the hit. A BP buyout might reduce their cost for this oil a wee bit, but the risk??? What would be the motivation for them or any other major to look at this any differently at this time?

Zero? Such a disappointment! It does appear that the company is paying out rather excessive wages considering the performance.

Are we warming the climate with our fossil fuel usage?, maybe, maybe not, I don't know, and don't believe many who think they know do actually know. But, I can well remember many moons ago being on the beaches of Cornwallium and Cleethorpes and at that time I could not see the 'brown layer' between the sea and the sky, which seems to be there all the time nowadays. I do believe that we (modern man) may be responsible for that and it's high time that it was cleared away. We are poisoning ourselves with all this muck in our breathable atmosphere.
Yes I am invested in Hur and am hoping for the best. We will need oil to feed the machines which will one day, hopefully, filter the muck (and excess carbon-monoxide and -dioxide) from our air.

Don't forget we are still part of the EU & it's track record shows that we can have as many referendums as we please until we choose 'correctly', which evidently, we have not yet done. That's democracy for you. Let's hope Hur is a big winner because we'll need it to be able to pay the taxes with which we can pay off our European cousins.

Upward pattern forming again.

90's shouldn't be long.

I'm new to this AIM-stuff and wondering how you can see an upward pattern forming which indicates 90's shouldn't be long? Why wouldn't it be say, be a bounce, which is headed back to 50's, 60's, 20's? If it were, what should we be looking out for?

Did you beat my 'well researched' 78p FredKite, which is what I paid for Atlantis, before the trap sprung? It's my very own 'beginners luck'.
If I had known we would be diversifying into Welsh Power stations burning pellets I might have got out then, but having lost so much on this already, they might as well burn the rest of my money too. I don't believe this is going anywhere soon and certainly not without more financial backing, which will water down my shareholding yet further. It's hold and forget mode for me here I'm afraid.

Looking at Marine traffic and Seabed Stingray's track it looks to me like they can't find the turbine's base to put it all back together again, they're all over the place. I hope they find it! Otherwise, I'm out! (not really)
Once this turbine is back on-line, are we going to see the end of the rout in the share price, I'm hurting on this one.

Being sound -ish, in both mind and body, I went against the grain and bought some 'internet drugs' to test on myself without medical supervision (idiot); LP-LDL to be precise (OptiBiotix inside). I thought you might like to know the results of my test starting with the fact that I didn't die or suffer in any way (grand !). I tracked my blood pressure during the test but as these measurements 'were all over the place' I couldn't really read anything into that. On the other hand, I can confirm that I started and ended my test with blood tests, the first of which was taken on a morning, the final test on an evening (having recently eaten). My combined cholesterol started out at :- 210, of which 57 hdl 153 non-hdl 3.68 ratio tot. chol./HDL-chol and 134 calculated LDL. After 90 days (capsules), combined cholesterol was :- 185, of which 40 HDL 145 non hdl 4.63 ratio tot. chol./HDL-chol AND 109 calculated LDL !!! (All Units mg/dL) Please feel free to take these results whichever way you wish. I am not a qualified medic. I am however, interested to hear any of your opinions/conclusions which will probably be more meaningful than my own. (e.g. have I added another 10 years to my lifespan???).
