We are living in the age of Arthur. Yet, I have a certain feeling that he will work this out on our behalf. I speak' as a Canadian. (Toronto/ Scarborough). The price action on Thursday was a deep mystery. It implied to me that there is every reasonable chance that things will fall into place and quite shortly.(NPI)!
