Slickharry- Likewise. Going to be an interesting few weeks. I received a brief e-mail from N+1 Singer (Nomad) in reply to a simple question i posed them last week...re- machinery as promised to Bagir. They(Nomad) will likely wait for absolute confirmation of receipt of said machinery rather than say anything concerning that which is in transit or indeed generally putative or claimed by anyone! Toss.
Hi. I have been buying a few shares for the last 3-4 weeks and watching for volume etc...Does anyone 'recognise this last Million transaction today (13:30:37)as their own or indeed as a ...'sale or purchase' anyway. Thanks. Toss.
Hi. Anyone out there aware as to whether N+1 Singer (Nomad) are 'obliged to produce an RNS re- Bagir's fulfilled condition of 'promised' machinery being sent them ...whilst said machine is in transit? Toss.
Hi.I now gather from the latest BB correspondence that the legal issues are set in Nigeria UNDER -London UK Law-....And for the following week 23rd May. I stand corrected and probably had confused the Q1 results timing with the court timing.Just to say that i personally remain a buyer of COPL and as a Canadian am only slightly biased in my opinions and views. Best of luck to one and all.(I mean it)!
Hi. Jiving- I meant to inform this board that as far as i was sure, there was to be ,this Friday coming, 17th May , a court proceeding.-I cannot verify it is in London-. This, after it was established recently that legally 'Agamore' were unable to focus their hopeful 'claim' on any one individual 'party' but rather now only collectively against the might of established Nigerian interests here ...and at the highest level too.I am not a legally qualified person. The scuttlebutt generally has informed that this is how they(Agamore) wish to conduct themselves: As a way of wasting everyone's time and effort....as it would seem. I am a genuine investor with little time for trolling, ramping, deramping...
Hi.I have held on to about 10 million shares since August last... So as a moderate medium term shareholder i am very much aware of the 'decline' in the share price but am really greatly buoyed by the prospect of soon to be realised plans of both Art M. and Shorecan/line. The(so called) Agamore court case which is scheduled,i believe, to occur in London this Friday will serve to guide and inform those of us with any interest in the near term future of this ambitious 'little' company. Like many others here i am hopeful of alternative funding solutions and comprehend that at some level dilution ought occur as a result. I myself hope to buy 2.5 Million more shares going into this next week and for what i have been able to trade in and out of in order to obtain roughly a half percent of available current stock i am thankful. Sincere good wishes to one and all.
I'm not qualified to contribute here fully panamabob... but i must say that i have taken great heart from the somewhat rosier picture as it has developed just lately ...and with the view that a preferred SPA could be just around the corner for us..! This could come of age quite rapidly...(im'uo) ! atb
