I just listened to the march webinar. They have potentially 2 customers looking to offtake 100m tons per yr each.

Surely to goodness the company will make more than $1 per ton profit ! Even just that is $200m per yr?! I obviously suspect it will be far higher than $1 so can someone with a better knowledge of this company explain why the market cap here is just £10m?

Maybe they cant quash the rumour? Otherwise surely they would do so.

This still needs clarification. If the landowner was doing a deal with Corcel and then decided to sell the land without telling Corcel until late in the process and has now decided to not sell the land and again didnt bother to tell Corcel how reliable is he?

See, they do reply. I note they state they dont mind who the lease it with, which is good. But they now aknowledge it 'could' be with the current owner.

my earlier post on the subject did say it should not matter. Whoever owns the land will want the grid conneaction. I simply pointed out that I heard the land sale was not happening.

If the company clarify the situation then the sp will rise as quickly. When you look back at the time taken to sign off a simple lease then you have to wonder WTF is going on.

Well if nothing else this will show the company how much all shareholders are hung up on Burwell. Maybe it will push them to get it sorted or clarified ! it has been imminent for months and months !

AudibleEnergy, you make a very good point. A few weeks ago I mentioned that the land was going through a sale process and the lease could not be signed (with the new owner) until the sale went through. At that point it was my opinion that the company were unaware about the land sale. We then got an rns telling us about the land sale (perhaps they checked)?

Now, if I were Corcel my first question to the land owner would be, how much are you selling the land for ? Then I would think, why dont we buy it ourselves?

Then the landowner must have realised he is sitting on a cash machine. Hang on, I should keep the land and lease it myself and have the income. It must be worth a lot to these other guys.

All my ramblings but it makes sense. I even asked for the price to buy it myself but did not get a reply ! I still think all will be ok. Whoever owns the land will want the grid connection.

The thing is it has taken sooo long for Burwell to be signed off there is obviously an issue somewhere. We just dont know what it is. How long has this lease issue been going on for now? It is a good job we have many other things to look forward too.

I did check with the company and they say as far as they know the last rns is still correct. I believe my post is correct but you never know. It may not make a difference anyway as it does not mean the lease is not going ahead whoever owns the land.

I hope I am wrong on this but I have heard the land owner at Burwell is no longer selling. If true is the lease still going ahead with Corcel? Or is that cancelled too? Email going in !
