I think we have a great chance of doing very well and I believe the sp will rise on the potential of all the different projects we have. BUT what is so hard to understand? We are 8 months since we could complete the lease ! 8 Months and still not done. Why is it so hard to see there is obviously a big sticking point somewhere? When you research you find things out along the way. I did reaserch and I did speak to the landowner, there you go, I probably wont be able to speak to him again now, but you go ahead and research the land, who owns it and call them up. Ask who he was selling to and if he still is. I did post who it was a while ago incase you didnt notice.
ASK FOR YOURSELF. It is called DYOR. BWTFDIK.
Ask the compnay these questions and see your answers.
1. Are you sure the landowner is going to grant the lease?
(if they are not sure, how can they say they are almost shovel ready?, there is NO Burwell Project without the lease).
2. Have you established if the land owner is selling the land or not?
3. If yes, then are you sure the new owner will sign the lease?
Corcel, in my opinion will do very well from Mambare, WoWo, the new Gas Peaker project and the possibility of other projects with the new partner.
BUT : Burwell has an issue which needs resolving. I am not posting my comments to trash the SP, I am posting them to try and make the company comment, to push for the deal to be completed, to tell us the issues. Remember the grid connection extention (which they said they would not need, how is that going!, I see it IS needed).
Oh and by the way. James was unaware the landowner who he had signed the HOA with was selling up until I made it known. Ask him that too. My moaning could help the company close the deal by putting pressure on as they now know that shareholders know there is an issue. They would not have told us had someone not got fed up with waiting and found out the issue for themselves. It would have just gone on and on and on, maybe with Burwell just fading into history as new projects come on line to make it not so important?
Remember this, sneaked into the rns "The Company continues discussions with the landowner of the property regarding the execution of a binding option to lease. The Company has been informed that the landowner is currently managing a land sale process and Corcel therefore expects the lease to be signed with the new landlord following that land transaction completing; which is expected imminently"
The landowner was selling the land to a third party even though he had signed the HOA. He is perfectly entitled to do as he wishes as it was not legally binding. In my opinion you should not be allowed to say you have a project until a contract is signed.
Ask yourself what they have with Burwell IF the landowner is stalling because he has a better offer? They should give the landowner a dealine and sack it off if he is messing and get on with other projects. I wou
