Instead of ranting at me why not do some research into the issue? All the company have stated is that as far as they are concerned it does not matter who owns the land, really, what if a potential buyer has other plans? The HOA was signed with the current owner and is non binding, you just don’t want to see the issue.

I hope the deal is signed but it is now 8 months since they said they could now ‘finalise’ the lease. Do you know why it has taken 8 months because I certainly don’t.

Look, it is VERY simple. If you are invested you should do research. If you do not do research and you lose, then you should not moan.

As a new holder I am just reading up on old rns's. This is very positive and hopefully means we will get the same result from the upcoming commercial trial.

The Company has commissioned independent strength testing of mortar blocks made using a 20% substitution of ordinary Portland cement with natural pozzolan from a sub-sample of the 500-ton bulk sample in accordance with ASTM C618 (the test standard for natural pozzolan). Results show a mortar strength well in excess of the requirements of ASTM C618 after just 7 days curing. This result is consistent with previous laboratory testing of CS natural pozzolan by both the Company and the CRMC. Accordingly, the Company is expecting positive results from the CRMC's commercial trials once complete.

But now we are at concrete trials, we can’t go back from that. The international concrete company didn’t grind 500 tonnes for nothing. We are not far off production now and don’t forget Covid has accounted for lots of delays.

This is the exciting period imo.

Well, I took a few more today on the drop back. Seems a silly drop imo. Gold drilling results due in the next few weeks, concrete pouring trials due, a number of joint venture prospects possible, especially on the Clayton Silver-Gold Project.

The pozzolan project alone will take the SP to 1p imo once they announce production commencing which is going to be this yr by all accounts.

I know as much as you. If the land owner was going ahead and selling then they would just say that wouldn’t they?

All I want to know is whoever owns the land are they signing the flaming lease! It has been going on for months. If all the questions from shareholders makes them get some answers that would be great. Then we all know what we are investing in.

Yes, just listened again, 100,000 tons per yr each internally but they are also looking to supply other customers.

apologies, i will listen again, even so at 200,000 ton per yr and even just $10 per ton profit, why are we at £10m market cap?
