It looks to me like it is all about Saltfleetby and my guess it is will be a subsiduary of Shell. A good pay off and a lump of cash tro go ahead with the Cornwall project would be an ideal outcome for me.

The Company is pleased to announce that it has had at least six bona fide approaches to participate in the FSP and/or other indications of interest in a potential offer for either all of the shares of the Company or the Company's licence interest in the Saltfleetby Gas Field ("Parties"). In accordance with the Company's announcement of 6 January, the Company considers it inappropriate to identify the Parties but the Company will engage with and evaluate each expression of interest until a firm proposal can be agreed and announced.

Angus is not a large and complicated group and the Company does not envisage an extended period of time will be necessary for the Parties to complete due diligence, other than that involved in familiarising themselves with the documentation details of the GBP12m Saltfleetby Gas Field Development Loan Facility (the "Loan") and associated security arrangements and gas sales hedge ("Hedge").

The question is, how Many bags are we getting?

It is plain to see for anyone with half a brain that the massive rise in gas prices has made saltfleetby a very valuable assett. Hence the reason someone is interested in buying.

Gas prices are set to be high for the next few years which means there are massive profits available. Anyone still peddling the same old rubbish about angs is clearly a total nut case. If you cannot see the difference in this asset with the current and forward looking gas prices you are clearly either very stupid or very bitter about previous losses. What you are NOT is clever or in a position to buy yourself into a multibagger..

it just the case that they needed the shares to be available if warrants are excersided? before this resolution they could not honour any warrants. IMO it tells me the sp is about to go higher and warrants will come into play.

2p share price would be £30m market cap. That would still be a long way behind Petroteq's £278m.

who doesnt trust the ceo, i do, he is learning and imo doing a great job. Some companies go from aim tiddlers to the main market, I can see BIDS doing that. I also think he should try for a USA listing. Market cap would multibag overnight imo.

With the announcement we've got sight of over $30 million of guaranteed revenue from the 1st March next year, 2021 has been a break-out year for the in-game advertising industry and Bidstack Group PLC.

Our incredible team have made such tremendous progress in the back-half of 2021, where we've signed a number of agreements that set the company up for a really exciting future.

To have gone from a coffee shop in 2015, pivoting in 2017, listing in 2018 and now seeing the company go from £140k revenue in 2019 to having signed over $30 million of contracts in 2021 showcases the desire brands have to activate in gaming and the metaverse.

Thank you to every member of the team who contributed this year, the growth rate of this business is down to their hard work and strategic vision.

Those highs happened without the contracts the company now have . So yes 4x more shares in issue, but much better prospects now so 10p easy , 20p not a big problem?

What is wrong with them, the price? They get rewarded if they perform, that is good. It is only 10% in total. No problem for me , get that revenue coming in and earn yourself bonus, that is basically what it is.

Looks like a takeover is on the cards to me.
