Whilst I think getting the product launched on Amazon is great we do have to admit there is a big elephant in the room.

If I go to Amazon because I have heard about this and search for coronavirus killing face mask (our USP) it does not appear. Why?, because Amazon do not allow it. If they did allow it by standard rules the chinese companies would just fill the site with false claims and our mask would be drowned out with cheaper priced ones.

Amazon should allow the use of Coronavirus Killing Face Masks on a product by product basis. In other words they should look at the claims of the manufacturer and if they can be backed up then it should be allowed. They are costing themselves money and they are preventing honest trading on their platform.

The same issue applies for Facebook and E-Bay. I wonder if the company have an answer for this as it will really affect sales badly as at present there is no big reason to buy the masks on Amazon, there is no differential from many other masks and they are expensive using the current comparrison on Amazon to others. I think they are being Very Unfair on a genuine product.

Having said that, there are many other routes to market and sales in Europe should be massive with the current spike in covid cases.

cannot advertise them on facebook, ebay, amazon, using the required marketing terms. It seems the only way to get this out there to the masses is by word of mouth or in retail outlets.

I just tried a tes listing on e-bay. The message is

We do not allow products marketed to treat or cure the coronavirus. If your product is permitted under our policies, you may relist without referencing the term coronavirus.

I suspect this is the issue with Amazon too which is a big problem. Looking into ways to get aound it but it seems a problem.

So, it is Luke and Liam Global Distribution are behind the Amazon Listing? What happened to FM London? are they connected?

With £5m in the bank I am unsure why rms have not engaged a few celebrities like dr Hilary , Miriam Stoppard etc to review the masks

Nobody is suggesting rms or p2f are responsible for the Amazon listing, they are clearly not, however the people who have negotiated the ‘exclusive’ right to market on Amazon are and it needs improvement. In the meantime you can buy at virionmask.co.uk cheaper. #littleplug

I cannot beleive they still have not used the coronavirus and influenza killing wording. I would bet this is Amazon who wont allow it. I cannot see any other reason. It is very worrying if that is the case as sales will simply not happen at that price without the unique qualities highlighted.
