Just MHO. Reading all the posts daily, I've not seen that Scancell are formally at ASCO. Maybe someone may float in and out - but IMO - Scancell are past this stage of 'need'. Clever work behind the scenes for many years has ensured the framework is in place. When 'it' comes around the corner, the waiting will have been so long, it'll be hard to believe. ATB

IMO it's because the attendees are potential new Investors that I tnink it essential to highlight the product in each Scancell trial to other I-O products in progress - sales, prices, market share, relevance % (re. Events such as ProActive and ShareSoc are directed at those who will not get the science if you talk to them a hundred times. Typical attendees will be Fund Managers, Bankers and others seeking to invest for gain ? At ShareSoc, other than a passing reference to Kite's CAR-T $9 billion, in CH's address, there was little attempt to draw the wider picture of the commercial import of what Scancell might have. Of course Scancell don't want to demean this world changing science with cheap DX/DM/News at Ten sensationalism, but it is IMO, distasteful as it is, important to talk about GBP !! Explain how Scancell's potential sits in the picture of this massive developing market for Immuno-Oncology. Without demeaning 'Checkpoint Inhibitors' or 'Car-T' or Combos, explain how Scancell can help a greater % of Patients probably at lower cost, maybe with greater effectiveness, without toxicity etc etc and what this means in this market. Explain CI sales growth and the valuations of other Companies and emphasise Scancells potential in comparison. Kite's $9 billion would be GBP16 a share for Scancell - I note that just to stir up the point ! Communication needs to be set not in the language of the 'Transmitter' but that of the 'Listeners'. RG and now CH talking science to commercial/financial Folks is, beyond the important framework of the science, not producing what we need. Scancell need to transmit to Investors. The science is wonderful and fascinating but evidently not enough to generate commercial interest in this audience, over the years. For the next 'meet' of this ilk, I hope to see much more commercial push. We are all in love with the science, but Scancell limps along at 14.7 pence ! I know someone who can write the script ?? Congrats on the FA Cup win C7. Roman Abramovich was not there due to a hold up in his Visa renewal - just heard on BBC. Apparently he flew out last on April 1st. CFC is not a happy Club at the heart of it ? Conte just waiting for his payoff IMO. Anyway. It's the National League (South) for me LOL.

The financial/commercial people need the framework of the science of course, but the potential �'s involved needs to be explained by reference to valuations of Companies in other emerging I-O fields - and including comparisons of efficacy, toxicity etc etc. One quick mention of Kite's �9 billion is in itself, an unconnected if not confusing point.. Transmit in the language of the audience ? (Peter Little - 'Communication in Business'). And tailor the address to their perceptions ? Just MO that CH needs to paint the commercial picture and opportunity fully. With all that Scancell can evidence now, the worth of the science can be 'taken as read' for this purpose at least. If I had CH's email I'd respectfully send the point to him. ATB
