" IMHO - it'd be surprising if Vulpes had never read the BB before investing but I'd guess their decision to invest was 100% based on their own research and discussions with Scancell. Also IMHO - if there is a 1 million a week Buyer, (the SP suggests matching seller(s)) - a PI is more likely to read and be influenced by the BB than an Eye/Eye .
