Spot on there HH. The SCIB1 Combo trial has opened but dosing has NOT started - we will be advised when it does. It's in the AGM recording, Q & A, Ruck asks the question of Sally Adams, she confirms and there's a murmur of approval from the rest of the BoD too.

Just for fun - I saw Mabel's posts and the discussion last week. Mabel years ago was wondering if Big Pharma would undermine Immunobody's progress. Well we don't know quite what happened with the FDA delays but in the UK, maybe Mabel is right but indirectly - Pharma seem to be hoovering up the Patients on CI and CI Combo trials and we're not (atm).

C7 I don't think I myself have ever used the words 'waste of time' used in this context. I can join you in agreeing that these two Meets look productive without expecting we will be flying through the mid-teens SP wise or 'our dreams can make us fly' and so on.

Ray P - your Saturday 08.11 was most helpful. You've posted summaries like that before and what great reminders to have when the SP is languishing. Scancell have so much and it's hard to guess where the first 'booster' for the SP will come from. On current form, I don't think it'll be the SCIB1 Combo trial which I too have 'mentally parked' for now. But who knows what's coming?

C7 I could hardly believe that you could post that. As for Prof. Lindy - I'm not sure about your assertion 'always'. . . . I'd suggest that Prof. Lindy would be involved in detail UNTIL an interested Party is convinced about the science itself - but I think you'd find that JC/CH/Non Execs & Advisors would largely take it from there with Prof. Lindy being kept in the picture. Prof. Lindy of course is the focal point until the science is 'sold' to the other side. Crumbs I'd agree that's probably how the Vulpes deal happened.

I agree with Bermuda - "The whole BOD categorically stated at the AGM that they would issue an RNS when the first patient was dosed." I'm sure I too heard that in the AGM recording - in answer to question from the floor - the response from BoD was reassuringly, quite emphatic - it's in Q & A's I think.

CI Combo - 5 year results so of course the trial had been going on some time. The BMS update was released 28/9 and the BBC and Media picked up on it. It was discussed here then I think. BFN

Your 10.46 - the "serious foothold" of CI could in theory benefit SCIB1 Combo, but any sign of it? CI and CI Combo have the backing of Big Pharma and visibility to 'Immunology aware' Doctors.

Your 10.50 - no doubt some treatments are worse than the Ichor thump but the thump is obligatory, not a side effect. IMO a bit 'off putting' for some, when there are alternatives.

We all need cheering up a bit as we wait for the SCIB1 Combo trial to progress - still just one centre and no Patients treated as yet, in WK3 Q4 . . . . CI now have a serious foothold in this arena and with the recent publicity about the CI Combo treatment at Royal Marsden, perhaps no one fancies that Ichor belt in the arm ?

We'll see - 0 is a long way from 25 !

BioNTech seem to have done very well with this IPO given current uncertainties - better than the 'WeWork' Company anyway ! I wonder if Scancell will ever see a $ from BioNTech ? Ever hopeful.
