Employees 1.45% and other insiders 0.06%. About 67% of the share holder base declared by institutions currently not selling and maintain confidence in the company. Of course many PIs add to that base percentage.
Enterprise value divided by EBITDA is below 8 and approaching 7. Normal range in FTSE 250 is 8 to around 32.
Future earnings growth into 2027 was anticipated to be 46% higher although only marginally increasing in 2026.
Assets are £880M above debt on 2024 annual reports and share value is currently just £740M. Hence why fair value is around 733p a share. If earnings are around £63M after tax, the PE rate is around 12 which is the bottom of the range for this type of stock. Typically around 14. PE rating value is around 719p share price.
