On $7000 metric tonne copper prices the company revenue on copper is $17.5M or 1/6 th of the company income when it was at a peak two years ago. 5-fold increase makes 5/6th of that peak (150p a share). If they are delivering a 10-fold production in 3 years' time the company valuation would be 5-fold today's price. Hence the frustrating wait on the company doing all the work to deliver this. At some point averaging down will happen on my 85-90p area entries. I find the America's venture a distraction, but perhaps they are learning something from it.

Production was in line with suggestions as the company continues to process lower grade ores. The cash is always lower after divi payments. Higher grade ore has not been mined and the implication is they are aiming to hit higher side of the guidance without using it until Q1 of next year. Zafar appears to be on track for 3rd quarter 2023 but the guidance was vague on time targets. Zafar would stabilise annual production when it comes on move trends upwards for a couple of years. The big agenda is the strategy on how they deliver mid-tier status copper miner, and we did not get clarity in the answer. This is a huge deal as the company produces just 2,500 tonnes of copper a year and it could in theory go up 5-15 fold and we do not know the extent of it. The copper is what is transformational, and it would help if the company did a presentation on all of this.

George will find off take contracts for buyers of his product keen to have a supply from 2026. A part of the debt arrangement is likely to be a bond. George will likely have institutional funders buying a percentage of the company at the prevailing price at that time. So when banks announce their 70% debt agreements the share price will double at that time to say 30p. The equity raise may be at discount say 25p for example, from institutional buyers acquiring the remaining 30%. Insiders will also want to buy stock as not to be diluted on their share of company ownership. Therefore the 70% package creates a £180M company and via a bond the enterprise value may be £240M and £60M was raised from institutions. That was a HZM kind of model which recently hit a problem with higher Libor rates on debt causing more dilution. It is important to be realistic on how much an investor would make on RBW as banks and larger companies do take some of the pie. However, 100% of nothing is nothing and having what you have bought being diluted as a cash earning company is a percentage of something real.

It is tempting to ask Brooke if she divorced her spouse for buying 8,000 shares before the trial data came out. I am not sure who was the most stupid, but they did harm to others. Why they could not ask him to just sell them and not say anything about it is beyond me.

Last week I completed the recovery of all Synairgen share losses for my own partner's ISA and trading account and the last 1000 shares being held is now all free carry. I am still resolving my own ISA and trading account but at least the latter is down to 1500 shares worth. It has been a lot of time wasted and I calculated that Brooke's spouse probably made things worse. The only upside is that has made me trade very well in a bear market on particular stocks in getting Synairgen losses back.

I wish everyone here well with whatever strategy you have chosen here. The comment I will leave you with is Synairgen price per treatment. Without knowing precisely who has the greatest chance of a better impact outcome it is unlikely to have a success in the market at £2,000 a go. A health provider would need the confidence of 1 life saved per 20-25 treatments that would otherwise not happen if it were for children. In elderly patients it would probably need to be 1 life saved in 5. It is a case of cost per life years gained type of maths and perhaps days not in the intensive care unit as an off set.

Jeremy Martin has confirmed just what we thought may have happened in the interview. The USA Federal reserve is absolutely stifling future growth at the present time so they have wiped out any new nickel miners that might want funds and add to supply capacity to compete with HZM. Events gave us a disadvantage but may also help reduce other commercial risks. We also know that it is hoped no further dilutions arise, but it is a case of not knowing the unknowns of what can happen in the future which we all have to live with.

As reported here PIs make up 27-30% of the ownership. What many of us may like to see is to have someone representing our views at meetings with Jeremy Martin. We could ask Jeremy to add it onto a function of someone relevant to the small investor on the board. A communications manager at HZM may support them and we then may have additional confidence that all investor interests are valued. What we are looking for is someone with good communication skills and business knowledge. I suspect the amount of time would not be onerous especially if it was channelled by a small number of investors who shared inputs and outputs with many others, and they are also professional how they communicate with HZM resources. Centamin Fib lines were at 87.5 and 87.6 and so expect a close around those points as we got reasonable buying support so far today.

3 support lines were blown out on GDX charts, and I noticed Chan (Gold Eagle) has a second inverse shoulder on his chart suggesting a retreat early on this week (which is good a few weeks from now). I hope Centamin are not going to waste good news. If they have bad news, they may as well publish it on Monday, and it goes down with all the other backwash. The gold price is giving Centamin another hospital pass on the SP. I could be wrong of course, but it would be a walking Jesus miracle if this holds 89p plus on Monday. Maybe China does something before London opens and one can live in hope. (Had a lovely walk today in beautiful UK weather in a deer park and reminded myself what is of course really important and that is the beauty that surrounds us). Tony
