Sorry folks please excuse my ignorance but other than a possible shortage of available stock, why would one of those offered shares not just buy on the open market? If they're expected to pay a premium for this issuance, wouldn't they just have been hoovering up sells?
Perhaps I'm just not understanding things properly so advice very welcome.
I am however understanding the fantastic potential here for us shareholders and those needing treatment!

After the excitement of EUA, I3E and FARN last week it's obvious what a bit anticipation can do to HNG. Hopefully the herd don't just cause a spike and leave for us to fall back again. I'm hoping for some genuine re-rating news.
