If DHSC win they still owe us the £49m so the initial cash outlay is likely to be £135m - £49m = £86m. This we can afford today but it's likely how cash balance will reduce below this number over the next 12 months meaning we'll need a payment plan or a raise. Imo a short term payment plan would be agreed as Ncyt would be due 2 significant tax credits from HMRC. One for VAT and one for corporation tax.
Well P100, those in the know have concluded that the dispute will be lost and that the position will be much worse than DRB / Porky9 have tried to set out for you.
After all it was this one and the same person who encouraged you to buy ‘these golden tickets’ cos when we go stateside and spit and go is released blah blah blah.
The company has nothing, no viable tests, no sales, no plan, no hope and will be left with nothing post dispute.
Loss making and all the current jokers will have filled their boots with your cash and F Off
They realised fairly early on that they could not win the dispute, otherwise they would have been far more vigorous in claiming their money through the courts.
They when taking with the process knowing it would take years to resolve and in that time they could milk the company dry, do nothing, say nothing just let it slowly decline while they took out a short position and increased their salaries.
Move on peeps, there will be small bounces along the way as I’m gambling on but effectively it’s game set and match

They know they are going to lose the dispute so are taking as much of the cash as they can. Keeping but stretching the boundary do they line their pockets.
