not sure that is a particularly good comparison, and "only" a bit over 6% ? thats pretty good in my book, considering all the capex projects they have going on.

I do agree that tharisa are always pushing investment more and more into the future, at some point they have to put more hay in the barn, the only reason i say that is because they must be fairly confident of sustainable pgm prices, in which case they are playing things perfectly (and would suggest 3-4 yrs high prices)

if and when cey get their new license and expand or come across more problems as they seem very good at doing, their payout will soon dwindle, unless gold hits 2k plus for a while

both are plays on future commods prices.

alternatively, you could do an slp and just play things shorter term

you would think rhodium had suddenly lost 5k the way this has been dropped

scandalous :-)

possibly either end of year cap gains crystalizing or some more spread bets being forceably dumped

either way good top up opportunity

i'll keep looking at eastplats, looked last night, they seem a bit coy about their production but that could just be my first scan.

I have lots of pgm companies on my list, mostly canadian and some are just a guy with a plot of land, a lamp, pickaxe and a map

i do think its healthy to bring these ideas up, though not sure this is the right board, might hack a few people off, but as you say, to get the next slp at 8p would be well worth it

although not questioning the company prospects in anyway, in fact 2-3 yrs time should be well over £12, you will prob get some sort of pullback fairly soon, prob to 540-550 level, not sure this rise can be sustained in 1 go, history and trading experience says not

nothing to worry about here (i know most of you dont anyway...:-) but couple of observations on this drop:

1. end of tax yr approaching so we are going to get some people cashing in to use their cap gains allowance
2. IG (taken from guy over on cey thread) are having an effect it seems

pattern forming very similar to the high of jan 19th, then retraces around 10%, before next surge

I would think it will happen again, this time to 140-145

i'm with ii, if you go to their "super investor" package at i think £20 a month, it drops to £3.99, very reasonable, and you only need to trade 3 times a month to get your money back, as i think they give you a £4 credit as well on first trade of the month

So, depends if you trade reasonably frequently (if you trade a lot they will reccommend you switch anyway)

so if your into nday trading cey or stuff like mcro, it really pays.

not ideal if you just trade ths though

slp take note, though i like both and slp has been good to me.

one of the problems with ths, and i have and love both however i do prefer slp as it was my first :-), is that bthere are tons of video tips and writeups on slp, which is good and correct, but you would at least give an honourable mention to ths in the same breath, surely ?

from my mid summer observations, ths was always around 25-30% higher on average than slp, so ths should currently be minimum 170p

agree tbtt, think gold reverses in next month or so, cant see why the fed would want the 10Y yield this high, they are supposed to let inflation run to 3% for a few years, then rein it in.

we might, just might, see slp overtake ths in sp which would be amazing (i'm loading up on ths)
