Good to get above the 1 mark but the profit takers will be selling up soon and that will knock the price down unless there is a steady flow of positive news so as to ensure more buyers than sellers. Hopefully some indications from the company in respects to dividends by this time next year.
That would be nice but I doubt it will happen for at least a year. A very firm line needs to be drawn under the Energy From Waste debacle and a longer term funding deal is agreed as the present arrangement is only until March 18. In the meantime a steady rise in share price is to be welcomed.
Despite the political desire to bring back into so called public ownership which may or may not ever happen cannot understand why a reliable solid dividend payer should drop so low. They may have some debt but it is funding capital investment which bodes well for the future.
Whilst the issue of more shares does dilute the share price they are acquiring assets which can only increase in value over the longer term therefore any reduction in share price is short term and more assets means more income and more dividends. The market seems to like these boys and any new issue is likely to be over subscribed which also helps to keep the share price up.
Could not agree more danielh the trouble with Stocks & Shares ISAs is fees charged for doing nothing even for the self invested. Typical government constantly bash the little man. Back to topic good to see the share price on the rise though.
Good news. Box number 38 acquired, 15 year lease, upward only rent reviews and client meeting the high degree of automaton fit out Costs. Boy these guys are good.
Watching brief for the present me thinks. Logicor seem to go for small to medium sized boxes not big ones. Could certainly raise profile of the sector especially if they start to go for the bigger boxes in competition. They have a strong European presence but is their business model as good as Tritax Big Box?
