Why is it the case that an organisation such as Teck might not go full blown now and seek to attempt a buyout by going above 30%?

Be even nicer if Tesla thought the same way. I realise that’s a pipe dream currently!

It was made very clear by JM 8 days ago that Q3 target would be hit. There are seven working days until end of September. The news will fall on one of those days.

Took the general advice offered yesterday and topped this morning with an additional 315,000 shares at between 8.8 and 8.87. Looks like good timing!

I will be topping up my 925,000 shares but unsure whether to buy now and risk an equity dilution or buy post financial close and risk paying a higher entry price. Decisions... what do others think?

The question that should be asked is has anything changed materially during the recent SP decline from a brief high of 10p. If you believe that nothing has changed then this is a bargain and time to buy as it was when it fell to less than 2p over a year ago.

Remember Nutkins post of 1 April 2021 (not an April fool) when Anna Legge of HZM told him they expect the financial package to be complete by end H1 but because it is complex and made up of different components the company will not update on drubs and drabs.

Now the company did not make the end H1 deadline but if their principle about not releasing financing news until all the components are finalised then, at some stage soon, an absolute whopper of an RNS will be released.

This is a huge buying opportunity right now IMO.

Maybe MMs happy to quietly accumulate.

If one can see beyond whatever shenanigans are going on, ultimately all holders are aligned in wanting higher value. We just have different timescales and tactics.
