Let's be clear. There is no good finance news coming. The last RNS mentioned "Royalty Finance". That's the phrase used when the banks have all said no.

The Atlas debt is £7m, more than the market cap now and is due Feb 22. Without that settled, Atlas can seize control of the assets including BP.

With regard BP, no hard production updates for months. If it was good news, have no doubt it would have been published by RNS.

Two more 200k sales dropped in this morning, presumably to dampen the likelihood of an SP rise. I can only think that there is a large equity holder that wants more from the upcoming new equity release. Dumping some now to keep the VWAP as low as possible for much larger future equity purchase.

Spot price minus x%. In such a deal it doesn’t matter whether there are one or more offtakers. That the finance debt deal is at such a low interest rate, it all but confirms that the offtake deal is done with a partner that the banks like.

Alternatively by delaying an RNS to the last day Horizonte are playing fair by PIs who don’t see RNSs being lodged unlike the professional investors. Evens the playing field.

Another Twitter excerpt from JM this morning at 7.00 as Horizonte continue to stoke the fire looking to push VWAP up.

All eyes on next week then. Four working days left in September. I think we might get a rise today but will be interesting to see whether we get a few continued large intraday sells again which I can only assume must be an attempt by a prospective large equity buyer to hold down VWAP. Can’t see another reason for those sells.
