Afternoon all

I've taken the opportunity to trim down my position today. I'm an open poster so always happy to be transparent. Sold 50k today so out of my original holding of 250k I know hold 175K (only bought back 25k from last time I sold 50k) so believe me my interests are aligned with most.

It's counter intuitive, I know. The SP is strong etc but my main reason is just to provide a hedge to my position.

The effect of the IC tips (3rd one now) are going to weaken as we go along and we're now at a pivotal point where imo only good news is going to get us motoring. Hopefully that'll be along soon and i'll be happily making £1750 a point, but if for any reason it doesn't transpire I'll be looking to strengthen my position as before.

Not everyone likes these kinds of posts but some do. I always buy and sell in tranches (never in one go) purely because whatever the charts are telling us, it doesn't always work out.

Anyhow. just being transparent and I've probably guaranteed an RNS drop tomorrow that will take us to 50p in a blink of an
eye. Hopefully that's the case !

There has to be an RNS on the way just to confirm all resolutions were accepted at the AGM etc.

Strange that there's a delay and we can maybe hope a little that there is something else to precede in a separate RNS.

Bit of limbo

Morning folks.

I'll report back later, but I'd be amazed if this doesn't break out today. The SP is getting squeezed into an apex on a descending wedge and has to break to either the upside or downside very soon anyway. Can't really go down from here so this could be a pivotal day.

No Breakout yet. Need to finish > 35.5p today, preferably 36p.

I can see us finishing right up there about 35.5p in anticipation of an RNS next week. A good one and we should be off.

I say next week but this lot are prone to dropping one at any time of the day - Still think we ll see something next week :)

Fk it. Not quite there, although we're flirting with a breakout, so good chance we'll see some action soon.

I imagine and RNS, any RNS as long as it's not diabolical, will get us over the line and then it's Kerching

I've got a possible breakout of a descending wedge, from latter part of January 2021. I'd have to confirm this tomorrow, but if it kicks on then the SP should be ready to head North. Think this probably ties in with what you're all expecting ?

Wouldn't mind a second opinion. It's not as defined as I'd like but buy indicators are definitely going off here so good chance we'll get some joy.

Yeah, Highly likely CM, otherwise why stop ! It's just that TEK has now been noticed and now we have the associated detractors sniping away with these typical comments.

It was placing placing placing last week, now it's something else. Why might as well get used to it, because this isn't going to 40p > 55p >70p>£1 etc without them !

Sounds like there will be more than one LUCYD update over the coming weeks and that they're killing it with regard to contracts.

Should topple some of those targets soon you'd think :)

LUCYD IPO will add value of our current market cap or more. Do the Maths indeed. Some rubbish about a failed crowdfund on the other BB, being spouted, but $20 million for a pre money investments doesn't leave a lot of room for reward, especially considering your money will be tied up indefinitely pending a successful float etc. The fact they got over $150,000 should be applauded not ridiculed. I was gobsmacked at the valuation considering the type of investment.

Again, those outside, without thorough research constantly demonstrate lack of understanding.

We can only benefit from that in the long run

Yes. Strange reaction to such stellar news. It's not unexpected for us but for the wider market who don't believe anything until they see it in writing it's odd. I think it's literally been missed for now and the SP may well catch up this afternoon.

I can't see LUCYD IPO being less than 50 million dollars, likely more. TEK owe 80% minus any raise on the IPO.

Whatever way you look at it that's a hefty stake, more so if it does a Bellescura and takes off after floating.

We should be pushing 40p and have our sights on 50p on this news alone. Has to come imo

There it is in black and white. Will set up for early next year. This is going to take off once everyone realises.

Adding it to the 2nd RNS would have caught out a few.

Morning Sea If we finish and hold 36p today you can forget Zak's target. We'll be aiming at something higher.

Crowdfunds are always pitched lower for the early investor. They've got to be attractive.

Bellescura valued at a few million and Salarius are doing the same. LUCYD did with their first round. Raising pre money investment with a valuation of $20 million is impressive. Maybe more than is touted on here imo

Kind of underpins thar LUCYD will float for a high valuation. $20 million valuation for a crowdfund gives us a clue.

If it can finish over 35.5p THIS WEEK, I've got a breakout on the cards.

If it does that it s 55p and then 70p as fib targets.

We shall see. Probably needs a bit of juicy news to get us there but many reasons to be hopeful

It is. The Bell story is what underpins the whole TEK captial business model but we'll have a larger slice of the next IPOs, of that I'm 110% convinced.

The SP looks bullish. We could see something special this week

You're 100% right about TEK CM. It definitely trades at a discount and that's why it's such a gem. Also I think a lot of people have misunderstood the model in the past, but with Belluscura and the crowdfunds for LUCYD and SALARIUS, we know how it works. With those too TEK will end up with far higher stakes too so they are also getting better at operating their own model, as you'd expect.

Yeah, IMO they'll be lining up another IP for spring next year, which they'll fund out of their retained portion of their Belluscura stake and with such a wide choice you just know it's going to be well interesting !

I'm pretty sure you can only do this stateside. If not I've made it way too complicated. Microventures look Kosher to me and have been around awhile so reasonably confident they can be trusted. (Hopefully not famous last words :/)

Also there's no way out once you've got past your 'right's to cancel etc but I may be wrong so probably not for everyone.
