Lol doc I think ‘those people are all dead’ is probably a bit of an overstatement maybe those people who had underlying health issues are mostly dead and the rest are fine and have immunity for at least 180 days

You do have to wonder if the reason it takes such a long time for treatments to get trials filled and subsequent approvals data/readouts is because govs are scared it will reduce vaccine uptake and subsequently the size of their brown envelopes

I’m holding a share that’s dual listed on main market and Nasdaq atm (tils/tlsa). Generally the prices run pretty close although sometimes you find that Americans lead the way up as they seem to react to news better unless it’s dilution they don’t like that lol. Also you occasionally get a drop to in share price about 2 in the afternoon before nasdaq opens then it shoots straight back up when they open.

I did think the same it is a lot of money and to sell it on an individual person basis? Surely should be going to companies rather than one doctor.

Hopefully we have a good sales team in place the other notable factor is if this does end up replacing control arms in clinical trials it’s going to save companies a hell of a lot of money and potentially save life’s of those who may have died on a placebo arm so I can definitely see the value in it however it might have been wiser to do an introductory price while the patients datasets are still growing.

Do people think we still have a block seller? The 180s feel like miles away :(

This could make us a very good amount of money if uptake is strong. Currently 2 million patient datasets expanding to 10 million by end of December. Valuable tool for researchers. Ever expanding to eventually cover all diseases is the aim sounds good to me.

Lowering the TO risk from ganfeng was my thoughts exactly. Still a bargain at this price but it’s hard to buy more when average is below 15p

Around 4:20 in the video he literally says ‘number 1 foralumab could be used to replace this lymphodepleting chemotherapy’ granted it’s a could but it’s a nice one to think about.

To anyone who has read the rns but hasn’t bothered to listen to the interview listen to this now. Sounds extremely positive one highlight for me was the potential for foralumab to replace the chemo part of car t therapy. Could be groundbreaking

30p plus will come but I think it will take another good rns we have been up and down in a range between just above 20 and just below 30p for a while now. It’s clear to see we need something positive to take us higher. Progression on the development of the project or offtake, drilling, permits etc will be what it takes to jump that 30p hurdle. It will come we just have to be patient.

Interesting to see a rise into US opening time hopefully it can carry on. Used to tend to see a dip before then and US drag the so up a bit on occasion. Hopefully they will buy into the institutions building a position theory

Completely agree someone with fine tuned senses like spider man is obviously going to be a better ceo than the hulk especially with his SMASH mentality around expensive mining equipment.

Was a cracking opportunity to buy when the price barely moved after the rns. Hope everyone is feeling smug today. Lithium is the place to be at the moment I’ve got a few different miners and seem to be getting RNS that you normally have to wait 6 months for every week at the moment. Long may it continue

Have always had these on my radar the amount of positive news flow every month looks too good to miss out on so brought my first little batch today about £1200 worth as I had it spare in the isa. Reading the last update it looks like this has a bright future.

This is a rough calculation I’ve done to figure out what ownership ganfeng will have of ZNWD and what percentage will go to new/existing retail investors

So bcn currently holds a total of 90,619,170 shares in znwd

According to simply Wall Street 34% of bcn is owned by retail investors so 34% of bcns holding in znwd goes to us ie 32,169,804 shares not to be sniffed at.

The confusing part which I’m not quite sure on is obviously ganfeng owns approx 29% of bcn prior to takeover and I suppose the rest is made up of institutions I assume the institutions either sell to ganfeng (worst case), or keep their shares and then own part of znwd (best case)

So say it’s 29% ganfeng end up with pre takeover that would be 26,279,559 shares.

Total shares in issue is 255,105,953 from last total voting rights which means ganfengs percentage holding if they only manage to stick to 29% would be ganfengs holding 26mil divided by total shares in issue 255mil if my calculations are correct that means ganfeng will own approximately 0.1%

So say ganfeng got all the shares they could excluding retail investors that would be 66% of 255mil ie 168.3mil

168.3 mil divided by 255 = 0.66% ownership

Can’t help but think I’ve got this wrong but it’s first time I’ve done these calculations anyone with a bit more experience feel free to correct me if I’m wrong

It is a nice bonus from the **** show at bcn hopefully the takeover doesn’t drag along for too long. I just hope our bod hold strong and ganfeng don’t try any dirty tricks here
