When a takeover or proposed takeover happens usually the share price rises in anticipation of a higher bid, totally opposite here SP gone lower and a proposed lower bid suggested, maybe PI'S don't think anything can be done and jumped ship.

I don't think it will happen, but what could is equally as poor, management not seeing eye to eye, any funding offers rejected by the 64% until MC Mining becomes a sitting duck.

I think today's trades and those since the intentions of those wanting a take over was announced show how highly the board is rated in being able to get a good deal for us PI'S.

PXS has looked like the next big thing a few times in the past but has continued to underwhelm, deals, alliances have looked like occurring only to vanish.

Untill news confirming something big is actually happening SP may remain low with the usual rise and fall, when this news arrives I don't know but could be tomorrow,next week, next year. All my opinion which counts for little.

Although I can't agree with Narir1234 that the drop is massive, these little drops are occurring to often with it taking a slow effect of reducing the SP, looking back over 6 months, a year it adds up.

News would be nice.

If no bid is forthcoming or approved, unfortunately you may end up stuck here, funding investors may be reluctant to invest due to infighting and the share price could well drop down to new lows and stagnate for many years, not many buying at these ' profitable levels' wonder why.

Before the quarterly results you mentioned the company was going to accept a phone call from yourself, have they honoured this.

Fair point from Alf, I personally have started with the cash ISAs again and going forward will be looking at placing money up to my yearly allowance, maybe it's a age thing but I imagine across the whole shares market many have.

IMO which means nothing, the maximum of 12p is to scare traders away, keep the share price as low as possible, would imagine it will be agreed on a price between the 12p and 21p in the Tennyson report.

Pure guess, but he knows what its worth a lot more than both and he will have funding sorted out already to go.

Did mention what was in it for Senosi Group Investment Holdings Proprietary Limited in the long run when they first got involved, if the report says 21p that's a starting point.

Unfortunately this business has not turned a profit for donkey years, while the share price has tumbled year after year, the odd spike and the 1 share for 20 have put the share price up again only for it now to be in the single digits zone again, with coal trading close to the 120$p/t it's even more frustrating.

Relative new board just as useful as kicking the can down the road as the last lot and the one's before, coal being mined from a coal mine which we won't receive money for, but hey we aren't paying care and maintenance.

Funding looks as far away as ever, our flagship mine won't be producing any income untill at least 2026 and that's very hopeful.

Tennyson report should have put a decimal point between their 2and 1 projected share price.
