Any assets they wish to purchase they will most likely buy by issuing the seller shares in adme instead of going to the market to raise. I don't think what they have raised so far will buy much and in all honesty I think what they have raised and wanted to raise was just to keep things going until the uplifts start paying profit in January/February 2020. But like I say, any takeover and they can just issue the target shares in adme now they have authority
