The remuneration of the Directors, who are key management personnel of the Group, is set out in the report on Directors’ Remuneration. During the year, £16,000 of Nicholas Lee’s total remuneration was paid to Coleshill Capital Limited, a company controlled by a related party to him. During the year, the remuneration for Richard Carter of £42,000 was paid to Bryant Park Consulting Ltd, a company controlled by him.

Sorry there London and Carter , here's me thinking my 50% is a big loss. We really do have a terrible CEO , there was more info in the research note than he has ever given, and the info from the research note is supposed to have been from information that is in the public domain. Doesn't help when three directors have wage increases and two of them was down to the work their own private companies were contracted to mxo for. That is at the end pages of the accounts. Looks like we have a board milking the companies funds
