100% GGP, 3M+ shares, first purchase 19 June 2017 @ 0.65p.
Weekend seems to be the time to get a bit more light hearted, to ease the “stress” of a trying week and, perhaps, to stir the pot a bit? I have nothing useful to add to the brilliant contributions from many of the regulars on here, to whom I shall be for ever grateful. So, what better time to make a maiden (and possibly, last) post?
Aren’t we doing well!
I thought I would raise a toast (I’ve been a Jameson fan for many years) to the second best investment I ever made. Only it isn’t to GGP, clearly in the top spot, (that will come later, many times over) – this one is to SXX!
True, I came away with a 55% loss, but where else, apart from the SXX BB, would I have read about GGP? The remnants of that disaster bought more shares in this amazing company. Those have now been sold, I have unashamedly top sliced, and have covered all my losses, my stakes in both SXX and GGP – plus a nice little profit on top.
Better still, I still have a shed load of GGP shares left, now on a free carry.
What’s not to like?
