Thanks, I was thinking similar. I decided I'm in, but only small. like to go larger but they are not particularly good at communicating, the share buyback should be more aggressive and they are pretty slow at evolving the company. On the upside there's always hope of transformational news, the divi's not too shabby and they're a long way from getting those 820k shares into treasury.

After many, many years it looks look they might have something to sing about...well done. However with a big project and currently running on fumes, with the board changes my moneys on a fundraise in the 0.5 to 0.8 range, so watch out for the trap.

5bn shares in issue, very little cash left and no sign of covering costs. Another 3.6bn warrants potentially issued over the next 12 months. Not as compelling as you'd think after 20 years of being in operation! Lucky Levi got his loan paid back after the fund raise...phew. Although they will have to come out with some good news to get the price up so those warrant holders can exercise.

It's not entirely your fault. It's the common strategy used by some. eg Company needs cash, comes out with a great bit of news or a series of good news. Broker speaks to MM and gets a few mates to ramp away on bulletin boards, few PI's help get the share price up whilst the stocks being preplaced. Broker goes off for fat lunch whilst the PI's who bought at much higher than the placing have to wait/hope an age for the next news to drive it back to were they purchased. Look at APTA prior to their raise today and the news coming out of AFC (who burn $$). best view is to look at cash burn and how soon they'll need it, consider news flow and dont listen to any rampers. good luck.

They are not reported as buys or sells. The platform simply runs a algo on which side of the mid the reported price is and attaches the buy/sell flag accordingly.

I don't think you really want the rampers do you?! you'd only get caught by attempting to trade it. By the looks of things this a steady as you go play over the next 24 months. I admit to looking forward to the next news though. There's already a chance they're now trading at B/E so as Henry said with this being the start of Q3 the India news could be soonish plus any updates on Nbr sales...all looking interesting.

It's a strange one this. You would have thought the company would be keen to get a trading update out, or show investors after the long review, that at least the website and corporate image had been dealt with (it doesn't take long with AI and pros nowadays). The only move they've made to indicate they have a plan is the £1m buyback...even that's like watching paint dry. Is anyone aware of the sort of price that was being talked about when they were in discussions with potential acquirers?

Didnt they only buy back £30k+/- under the first £100k purchase? if it looks to good to be true...its not doing a BTC Treasury nonsense trick is it?

Thank goodness for that...leave the order with the broker! making money, sat on plenty of cash, pays a good dividend, has growth potential and a tiny mkt cap...what am i missing?

I think ML's comment that they are very pleased likely an understatement. I'd expect the champagne is on the go in Borehamwood! a nice surprise before the real news starts flowing. I agree, its significant news though.

Did you make that call PP? I’ve been following the trials of this Co since floatation. Appears they’ve finally got ducks in a row. The momentum has been building very nicely over the past couple of months. I hope next week’s presentation puts some figures out regarding the US business. If that looks good and they have a plan for more joint ventures it could be due a better valuation.

Very quiet board considering how much buying has been going on over the past month. Feels like somethings brewing.

Henry, I don’t think there’ll be a single event, having read and re-read the finals and previous RNS, they appear to be lining up a year of news, with growth in existing lines, new products and new territories. I’ve decided I’m in before the news flow starts.

Brilliant, career break…having done half the fundraise in 3 months. Do you think the spending has been brought under control now? Interesting company, probably wait for the next results, feels like catching a falling knife.

Without meaning to upset anyone, haven’t they only got about 4 months cash left? The news flow and price movement bears all the markings of a raise in the 8-15p zone

The results are likely just as disappointing as last year, I agree with you Henry it’s what happens next that is potentially exciting. I can’t find out who the beneficial owners of the fund are…should be available on the SEC particular listings. Leap are probably doing the investing/managing and tax affairs of whomever is behind the investment.

Well said Troy. They wouldn’t make a sound. It’s all speculation…they haven’t even confirmed the first tranche via RNS yet

More digging and pure speculation; Multi Pak USA are based in Vermont, which could explain why Leap Capital are getting involved. Not suggesting anything. Feels like once the poor results are out the way we could get some further interesting news flow…
