The reasoning behind the Placing is to accelerate the growth of the Company not a placing to keep it afloat, there’s a big difference.

SP will go up in the morning, this is a done deal and helps BLOE gets to where it needs to be quicker. Talk of 8p - 10p is ludicrous, this company is on the up. It would not surprise me if we had an RNS update tomorrow to support this placing.

There is No Placing planned by BLOE, period. There is so much positive news to come out this is already a cash generative company with plenty in the pipeline. Why would a cash generative oil company do a placing when the SP is already at a discount to its real value, it’s absurd to talk of a placing.

This looks like the opposite of Pump & Dump, I can see this closing on or above this mornings opening show.
Without an RNS this share should be 20p by the end of this week, with a good RNS they could go to 30p - 35p .
I fail to understand why the sp is being held back unless it’s just to sustain and consolidate after the recent rise.

That’s the trouble when Accountants run big Housebuilders, too much concentration on margins and targets, not enough focus on Build Quality and Customer Service. Paying poor tradesmen poor wages , pays yer money takes your choice.
