It would be unusual for a Company to release good news on a Friday, Fridays are reserved for bad news. Monday , Tuesday or Wednesdays are better days to get a market reaction . Don’t panic the news will come and the share price will rise we don’t want this share to be a traders pump and dump .

Investors that sell at this level will have huge regrets for letting this one go, it’s not going to be hanging around at this price for long, This has got to be the best buying opportunity on AIM at the moment IMHO.

Could be a blue day today ahead of imminent news

I am hoping for a blue day, like yesterday despite finishing down there were more buys than sells, mm’s can’t keep this down for long ahead of the expected stream of positive news , they tried shaking the tree yesterday to flush out some sellers but the buys kept coming, they’re going to be running short of stock soon .

It’s manipulation like this from mm’s that put investors off dealing on the AIM market.

Three times more buys than sells, yet mm’s call price lower , tree shaking obviously.

Persimmon’s contribution to the HtB scheme is enormous and benefits lots of first time buyers. Let’s get this straight it the first time buyers that benefit from HtB, Housebuilders merely operate in a market place driven by demand , it is the Government that has created the demand with HtB the Housebuilders are merely reacting to market demand, yes Volumes have increased and yes Housebuilders have benefited. There is no manipulation of house prices by individual Housebuilders ,
prices are driven by demand. Persimmon have benefitted because their historic cheap land bank enables them to make better margins. Building Materials costs are pretty much inline with other volume Housebuilders, Labour costs are also inline with other competitors. Labour , Land and Building Materials are rising in price due to demand, it is clear that quality craftsmanship is in demand and Government & Housebuilders must do more to encourage Apprenticeships to ensure that they can encourage craftsmanship and sustain quality in the years to come, houses are too expensive to expect customers to put up with second best.

Shareholders must be prepared to sacrifice some profits in the interests of Customer Service and Satisfaction . Quality must be the at the heart of a Persimmon Home. If it means increasing the number of internal quality inspections throughout the build cycle of a home then it would be a massive step forward. Reputation is hard won be easily lost, without customers we have no business, when profits come before quality and reputation then the accountants maybe happy but customers will disappear, it’s called false economy. When accountants insist on the cheapest, quality will always be comprised.

A little tree shaking and a rise before the close.

Just bought a cheeky top up ahead of Assay Results. We might not get chance to buy again at these prices for long.

My buy gone through as a sell, nothing changes. Just thought a little top up was in order before next week

It’s not going to hit 15.00p today but it might tomorrow

Moved up 1.00p yesterday afternoon in last 20 minutes of trading so could easy hit 15.00p before close .

Buyers returning, finish in the blue today imo

The reason we invested in this share has not changed, the story is the same and there is a lot to be exited about. The Fundamentals are the same as is the ambition of Paul Haywood and the investors who have supported the recent placing. News will come, this week, next week or next month or the month after. No Panic, that’s for short term opportunists and day traders often buying T20 who sometimes become forced sellers. I think with the spread and the lack of spiking daily levels these spivs are diminishing.
