I get the "it's with the lawyers" bit and know from experience that can drag on. What would be extremely helpful is a statement along the lines of....the commercial negotiations around terms between parties have been concluded satisfactorily. These are now being formalised by the various legal teams. As far as I can tell we haven't been told that negotiations re terms have finished. They could still be bartering which would be a worry given timescales so far. Any chance of an update on that basis to calm the obvious nerves. Views?? GLA ETC ETC

Not sure what your point is... for years we have been on the cusp... and time after time they move onto a new derivative... I suggested long ago... get something across the line... even at a meagre profit...I wonder if we are a busted flush or if they are trying for too hard a bargain...Get something over the line FFS!!!!
