Given where we have been , where we are and where we want to be I would have thought a "Pay Later" drilling deal for H3 etc would be a no brainer (given a fair settlement). I'm sticking with that, peanuts in the scale of things. First thing is to get H1 producing and icing on the cake proving H2 prior to winter break. Not overly concerned if they don't get it into production. Gobi a distraction at the moment. GLA

One has to ask one's self given the time it took yo drill H2 why don't they drill H3 since all the gear is there and it would appear time would permit it? Just musing...ATB GLA etc etc...

In my experience lawyers were used in two stages...immediately after partners were selected and detailed commercial issues had to be agreed and then "legalese" after that for the legal frame work , force majeure etc. It would be very helpful to know what stage we are at. If the former we are in deep doo doo. I'd be happy if the latter was confirmed... Also what's with the lawyers? Everything, Morocco, msc? Severance package!

That's one take on this, agreed. Equally legals could run in parallel with figures/ responsibilities etc slotted in when agreed. Remember the bog standard stuff would have been in the mearsk agreement as a starting point for some of it. The apparent lack of urgency is worrying especially if its by the other parties who must know our financial position...Time will tell.
