Why the SP Drop?19 Jul 2012 20:00
I sold here a few weeks ago to put money into another share, complete luck! But I have been keeping an eye on the SP because I wil be looking to buy back in in a few weeks time. I cannot understand the SP drop...
They will have had about 6 weeks of production since last update, since there has been no RNS one must assume that everything is broadly going to plan. While I agree production cost are very high at the moment this is due to development activity and oil based electricity generation. Both of these issues are said to be being addressed, with the high level of development activity coming to an end which it is claimed will reduce production costs somewhat.
So as far as I can see none of the fundementals have changed since the Chinese came on board.
Anyone have any theories other than investors moving their money elsewhere for a quicker return? (like me!).
