When the Mearsk trial collapsed CEPSA had an MMU with nothing to do with it... QFI, probably in a bit of a panic, thought they could advance the KSA trial by using CEPSA as an interim MSAR producer. On the face of it a win/win but a bit naive to my mind. If there are maintenance costs for the MMU and the need for production delayed indefinately its no wonder CEPSA have pulled the plug. Basically we are back to square one and need to revert to plan A, use a KSA refinery. I suggest they get a move on...
