Gentlemen, perhaps I should have said this in a binary decision, either yes or no. If you read my posts I say the odds are in our favour for a yes vote ( for the reasons given). BUT the tariff is not nailed on, yes it is 10% better than under SEP but that is against a backdrop of price reductions since the SEP tariff was agreed. I am in up to my armpits but just putting forward a possible reason why others are not following suit. Until a positive result on the tariff issue the SP won't move that much IMHO. I don't need convincing, others apparently do...
