I must admit to not reading the bb for a while, so apologies if I missed it. Any idea if the original timeframe assumed 24hr drilling? Any (reasonably informed) opinions as to the approximate depth reached so far? Thanks in advance. GLA

If it's in open court, presumably they know the result. Sounds to me they don't believe there lost and want to know why before an RNS which would include what they intend to do going forward. Hope I'm wrong but it doesn't look good. GLA

Agreed 100% regarding the LOC, that was the main point I was trying to make in my original post. Patience is all that is required (hopefully).

We are all on the same side (hopefully). According to the RNSs all lenders have agreed "in principle" to roll over the loan. There is nothing to say AFC have agreed the details thereof. Actually there is a clue that they haven't in that the rest have signed "irrevocable" agreements on whatever terms are finally agreed (with AFC?).
Again I am not that worried if we get the LOC but the roll over is not a done deal just yet. IMHO etc etc

Yes in retrospect I should have been specific and said AFC, who haven't agreed anything as far as we know. I stand by the opinion that they won't commit on the revised terms until that LOC is forthcoming. Hope I'm wrong and as long as the LOC arrives we'll be ok. However in the meantime the price will drift. Imho etc...

Lindon, agreed... My view is that CMEC and GE want the LOC before committing, that in turn has made lenders a bit jittery and so they aren't going to commit to a share price related deal until they believe it will be a better deal than the one they already have. And that won't, on balance, be the case until the letter is delivered. Catch 22, where's Orr! IMHO ETC ETC GLA

I'm led to believe certain staff have a promise of free shares if they produce by MAY 21. Everything is geared for success. Given the economic/brexit situation this is akin to the banks in 2008...Too big to fail...IMHO ETC ETC GLA

We've been drilling for hours and no news yet. Perhaps drill is stuck or rig iced over, perhaps we've hit water...Something's a foot that's for sure...How deep are we... I hope the monks moved that box before they started...

To the sharetalk "interview". Alex must have spent weeks preparing such incisive and hard hitting questions! CP seemed a bit down, as if he thought the interview was a a necessary waste of time. However I did think his last assertion about coming back to market was genuine and positive. I'm inclined to think it will turn out ok. Either way there's nothing I can do about it now so fingers crossed.GLA. (Ps the opinion option of "hold" is a bit superfluous!)
