Finance is ongoing and will be sorted and whatever is argued here will have no bearing and I think all angles have been fully discussed. First Poly is scheduled for 2021 (from memory). I'd be interested to hear peoples view on what costs can be kicked down the road without significantly impacting early production/sales. I've already suggested we could drop a TBM because initial Poly is to be transferred by road (again from memory). Any Tunnelers/Engineers got a view on how much this could save?

Interesting.. Reporter suggested TBM could tunnel at up to 50M per day and that redcar mudstone was an ideal tunnelling medium, wonder who gave him that info? Also although 3 TBMs were mentioned at the beginning only woodsmith one was mentioned later on...I am becoming more convinced that we will only use two TBMs which should claw back some of the contingency. Either that or poor reporting, time will tell....

As I've intimated before you might find that the TBM performs much better than expected/published and we can do with two! Time will tell... Be interesting to see if they publish regular progress reports and will look forward to seeing the documentary...

not sure if I read it here, apologies if it was... but Portugal has a very beneficial tax regime for HNWI, which I assume includes LK. Earnings from abroad are lightly taxed. A shrewd move?

They are probably looking at their plans and seeing what expenditure is off the critical path and so can be delayed without impacting "First Poly4" and so avoid any need for additional short term funds. End of May/beginning of June for ST2 in my view. Hopefully not but I'm more bothered it's a slow burn for me. I'm pretty sure my money is in safe hands but what do I know?
