CF sent out a letter to all Sirius staff stating that the DM piece was a complete distortion of the conversation, apologising for the distress it may have caused and reiterated his commitemnt to do his best for staff and shareholders. I'm not defending what has happened but as I remember it Sirius were talkng to the Govt at an earlier point but stopped doing so because of timelines (at least thats how I remember it being explained). They never got to the stage of approval or otherwise. Lets hope they see it through to a conclusion this time, fingers crossed.GLA...

I know it's of no importance now but why was the woodsmith site chosen. I've been here since the planning stage and often wondered why they didn't site it nearer the edge of the resource, considerably nearer the docks. Even if that meant purchasing or leasing additional land? GLA...
