a tunnel out to sea, connected to a 5m wide steel tube laid in a trench on the sea bed through to Teesside. Not much tunnelling. Alternatively why dont we just beam it to wherever its needed?

need to apply to north york moors to extend their mining license which runs out in 2023. Their rep has just been on the news extolling the virtue of Polyhalite, citing UK farmers as potential customers! Not quite the story de rampers are pedalling. Given the impact of boulby on the vista will be interesting to see how their application is recieved.

Possibly move away from st2 finance to stages 2 to whatever. Financing shaft first and taking the hit yield wise, then getting better rates for derisked later elements...but what do I know...GLA

Thomas Cook with SM is like comparing complete opposites..TC were a company that had never fully adapted to the impacts of the internet. Plane wise they also had a very poor offering when compared to jet2 or easy jet, I know I've used them...once!
SM on the other hand are ( hopefully) going to have a state of the art mine set for a bright future.
A better comparison would be the prospects of Boulby should SM be successful. I know where my money would be and is. GLA...

Just had a letter from my MP, Alan Campbell, responding to my email to him , he's writing to Andrea Leason to ask what going on with reference to Northern Powerhouse etc. Perhaps others may wish to do likelwise and fill her post bag... Can't do any harm..

At this rate they may only need one...plus spares...;-)

The practical construction position is as set out below and CF suggested in his call that funding could be available if risk profile could be updated/altered. I don't see that that has changed and he is working on it!

Still have a hefty holding but as I've already said, sold a load at previous RNS, and as predicted SP has bombed. Hoping to buy back in but unfortunately invested "winnings" on another horse...Just hope it new purchase comes in before inevitable rise into news. Would be filling my boots now...If I could.... Good long term story... Should have left well alone...GLA...

Feel free to point at a previous post, over the last 4 years, that has been incorrect. I doubt you can coz most of my previous comments have been about rampers. Do you still hold 4 m shares, which you could have sold at 38p (ish)? Genius...;-)
