Depends on ship and route but I think your estimate is a bit ambitious. From memory previous trial was scheduled to last about a year according to the last RNS prior to Buoygate. Then there's the inspection/Certification. All that happened 2016/17 where's the time gone??

Made from both sides of the debate...My take on this is :
We have a game changing product
We don't seem to get anything over the line
Presentations I've seen have lacked enthusiasm
We are now pushing to be seen as a bridge to a new emissions conscious world
That change is gathering pace; if we don't pull our fingers out the need for that bridge might not be needed( look at the pace of the introduction of electric cars)
Whatever we do to raise our profile is welcome BUT if our audience hasn't heard ALL about us by now what has been going on?
All in all we need to pull our finger out and secure commercial contract(s)

If initial allocation was 3.3% of holding I got between 8 and 9%, so about an extra 5/6% above initial allocation.
