Interesting development where keyless locks are operated by phone which also wireless charge the item's cap. Author later explains how he could see this in products like kitchen scales and song-books. There are also electric locks that are built into the door, which I think are the type cpx supply for

The iphone battery still contains cobalt, nickel and other rare earth minerals so plenty of other chemistries (silicon/graphene) touted as improvements. More expensive at this stage but dont overheat when you make them thinner and bigger! Hence caps as a hybrid solution for flash and data mgt so I wouldnt discount it. Also software in the phone may have got more efficient, draining battery less, maybe.
They've mentioned in the past the 0.4mm DMH cap as the one suitable for phones and credit cards. I'm aware from interims that commissioning (long to do list) for this began earlier this year with production slated for first quarter of 23 as the fourth line. ("as time and resources allow and subject to customer demand"). Originally they intended this for the year before until you-know-what got in the way. So letskeep an eye out for that.
This is TDK's page on new edlc updates that Dutch alluded to. The whitepaper for smart meters is dated Aug23 2022, which is quite interesting. The download is simply the usual tech outline if you dont want to register.

Their margins were higher than cpx were able to deliver with their own equipment. There were two reasons why Murata sold the machinery. All this is mentioned in acquisition rns. Tell me, how many PhD chemists did Murata have compared to us? I understood your first sentence up to the comma, which should have been a full stop. Had you had your morning coffee? Sunday morning, classy.
Gorgeous bit of hybrid kit designed in 2019 with supercaps to push it up hills. Not a vehicle for production but to see how various components functioned which they may include down the line. Great euro application for a cpx module.
