Maxwell will know about losing court cases for patent infringement. 2007 they sued Nesscap over a patent relating to spray coating electrodes. The judge dismissed it. 2017 they bought Nesscap, for $23m.
Isnt it surprising that when one company loses, they seem to get no punishment? Pay some costs, maybe some past revenue, and merely take a licence out. Is that it?
