David, whether that’s the case or not this company is going to burn cash in a nightmarish fashion as it grows. It’s unlikely to achieve any profitability even as cash gets sucked out to fund investments, losses and working capital growth. Its future junk bonds will be close to unaffordable even if it can debt raise. The forthcoming equity call will be at such a horrible price that shareholders here are in the toaster already.

Operating profit is after depreciation and overheads. EBITDA is before depreciation but after overheads. Gross profit is before both. Time for some basic accountancy and finance me thinks.

Well then the contract accounting (costs, cash flows and revenues to complete) were so screwed up as to be laughable at best and shadowy at worst. Not a surprise.
