Adam Davidson, CEO of Trident Royalties, discusses offtake milestones and catalysts to boost FY24. Watch the video here.
I believe this was anticipated and planned for, beauty is, now it’s settled.
Focus now turns to dual listing, Bond, Venom & TopGun2
Effectively dual listing.
Well... Its heading in the right direction. We are still 50% below where we should be in my opinion, and the rest.
Yawn.
@GiantSquid - The UK and its Govt have very little impact on Cineworld, as less than 20% of our business operates in the UK.
The USA however is truly the one to keep your eye on, 75% of our business operate there!
And this is likely why Mookey is wanting to list part of the company in the USA, as share value is not proportional, and as a FTSE listed Co, seems to ebb and flow with UK news, which is largely not relevant to Cineworld.
As much as an 83% rise would be most welcome right now, and deserved as far as im concerned... It would only be the start of a fair re-evaluation!
But as I said earlier, the article is fantasy stating we should value at near £4, as much as my portfolio and life plans would welcome that reality!
I think a march on £1 in the near term must be on the cards, and a climb north of £1 throughout the year. surely £1.50 is not beyond realistic this calendar year, subject to no further restrictions/lockdowns effecting UK/USA! Sadly, despite the majority of our interests being in the USA, it does seem that the UK's position determines the SP movement. For which I feel we need to overcome one way or another, the rise in cases in the UK, and get past this mass-isolation period we are entering! Once vaccinations and herd immunity take hold, we should see steadier sentiment and confidence going forwards into winter!
@PrettyWild.... If you click the link and read the content and then read/interpret their graphic, you will understand the £4! (or just shy of!)
Or if you cant be arsed reading a brief article based on the company you are invested in, but would rather I explained it to you, 400p x 0.17 (balance after 83% reduction) = 68p (roughly todays SP).
Jesus Christ on a bicycle! *(face in hands)*
LOL £4 per share... Come on, lets be a tad more realistic here!
Ill be happy to revisit £1.25 in the short-mid term... But cant see £2 for a year or two if all goes well with covid!
Largely a Theatre-centric article. Only remark on Cinemas and specifically Cineworld, is that masks remain mandatory in Wales, Scotland and NI, but in England they are not, but staff will be encourage to wear them...
Hopefully we are seeing the tide turn after a torrid and unforgivable SP drop over recent months. Fast forward to Q3/Q4 and I think we will be in a better place, as we know more about how relaxing of rules ultimately effects the populous, and Blockbusters will have hit the screens!
There is uncertainty out there given rising case rates, but ultimately the vaccine is the one and only silver bullet, there's nothing left in the gun, so I cant see Lockdowns happening, we do need to learn to live with Covid and get on living, otherwise we are all screwed!
Even Bozza and Brother Rishi are not arsed about isolating anymore... Wish I could apply the same to my staff who are dropping like flies thanks to isolation! Hopefully a temporary headache for companies!
Then another 25% rise back to 125p....
Should have this cracked by 4.30pm tomorrow then :)
Stay happy chaps, we'll get there!
@Robin does Ahad at Wingly know you're offering commercial services via their platform... Naughty boy, you know the rules ;)
iTrader - Was that to pay off all your share purchase fees you accrue moving your £100 investment around...?
You can never escape having a class clown in the room, can you!
Does that come with a guarantee M00la? :P
I also would like a timeframe for your premonition.
Vegas - Quick, nip back and grab a third! :P
@Robin - He might have been the bloke that rang me last week:
"Do you have any jobs?"...
ME - "What kind of job you looking for mate?"....
"Anything, happy to do cleaning!".....
ME - "Sorry mate, all our cleaners are graduates, goodbye"
Genuine, and random phone call, made me chuckle. 10/10 for picking up the phone though...
iTrader is welcome for an interview anytime, I'm an equal opportunities employer. Who better to employ to clean the windows, than a Grade A window licker...
iTrader, you are an absolute clown... Do us all a favour, and unplug your computer.
Thanks Bonkers.
Frankly I had not anticipated this level of demand, and I'm working 7am-11pm at the moment, but I shan't complain.
Notwithstanding the dreadful number of deaths and disruption Covid-19 has created, from a business point of view, the pandemic has created transformational opportunity for my business, and I'm sure many others. The kind of growth and changes that we just would not have, or couldn't have implemented any other time. The result has been growth and revolution in the way we operate... I just hope that CINE and the film industry will be much the same. As cinemas are now reopening, films being released, I think we will begin to see the true measure of success after a few months of revenue, and hopefully a gauge of future performance not long after.
As PI's we are the last to know anything... But rest assured Mookey will be excited, he'll be checking the accounts twice a day, with relief that they are filling back up, and hopefully exceeding expectations.
Future RNS - "Revenue & attendance continues to exceed expectations"
Then we can watch the SP climb further...
@Toby84 - LOL
120p in 6 months... Funny bugger, you!
But... At least your expectations will be exceeded my friend ;)
Nice work Bonkers, thanks for the positive boost!
Patience is key, especially amongst lingering uncertainty (in general) and wretched manipulation of this share.
Im sure some news will be coming down the line from the BoD soon enough. Tills are a ringin'!
If cinema customers behave anything like my own... Then its boom time! My business has suffered over the last year, as we have been broadly closed. However, some tinkering and fresh opportunities, we have reopened our doors to heavy demand like I've never seen before, we are smashing records everywhere, and we are set to be sustainably 120% more profitable than before the pandemic. Yes, Ive taken on some debt, which served to refinance existing loans, but to my benefit.
It really has been. turn for the books... Now the world is opening up, its astounding the level of spending and desire to get on with life as it was!
I am more bullish about CINE than I have been over the last 12 months... Purely down to my own business experience lately, and speaking with my 3000 customers. Exciting times ahead. CINE is just a waiting game now.
Because I see no other reason for this to be taking such a pounding. Certainly dark forces at work! This ought to get some scrutiny, as we have been at the behest of manipulation for quite some time now... We are not an AIM share! Absolute joke... However, it can only last so long, before the inevitable.
