Hi RKB. I've done some research on the villas and they are worth at the very least €1 million each. (That is a discounted valuation too) Puerto Cervo is such an exclusive area of Sardinia. So the villas are worth over double our current market cap easily. Also rental figures per year, reborn out 10 villas is a nice income too.

On top of Mediapolis land being returned (€20 million offer before)...don't forget we will also get returned 10 Sardinian Villas (4-6 bedroom each) in Porto Cervo. Check out how much one 4-6 bedroom villa with a pool (seaview) goes for. We've got 10 of them.

So much to look forward to here. I wouldn't put it past FG giving us Mediapolis, Crypto mining and Ondaland in one bumper RNS.

Maybe you could look at things a bit more deeply? Try looking at what Xi Jinping said about this BSCA bank earlier in the year and its role in the RoC.

(Auction never took place as was postponed if I remember rightly) "Nessuno si è fatto AVANTI, il 27 settembre scorso, per acquistare i 183 appezzamenti tra seminativo, bosco e bosco ceduo per un’estensione di 497.884 metri quadrati." Nessuno si è fatto avanti. Means nobody has come forward I.e. No one came forward last year to purchase Mediapolis. IMO I think someone has come forward now and we will get the update after the hearing this week on Friday confirming the creditors have accepted this offer. Or maybe I am just reading this cryptic message wrong?

Yes I think any bad news would have been released now and we are simply waiting for Friday's hearing to conclude and CLP obtain full ownership of Mediapolis. As my understanding of the legal system in Italy tells me, we only need a two thirds majority of creditors to agree to any proposal and we currently have over that from previous buy backs of debt.

As we know there was a €20 million offer for Mediapolis before in 2014. (The offer was €13 million to clear debts and €7 million to CLP) https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20140106006935/en/Clear-Leisure-Plc-UK-Regulatory-Announcement-Additional IMO looking very likely this week that CLP are obtaining clear ownership of the Mediapolis land. This is huge for CLP. Now with this land under CLP's ownership again, I wouldn't rule out another bid especially as the land will be debt free and they can start afresh and also boost the local economy with a different purpose for the land. Things really are coming to a head here now for Mediapolis. I think at the last hearing an offer has been made to creditors and it is this two week window until this Friday for creditors to accept the proposal. This proposal IMO is CLP obtaining land ownership of Mediapolis or even an offer could have been made already.

Next hearing this Friday. It will only have been two weeks since the last one. It's looking very likely Mediapolis will finally be wrapped up this week.
