"26th of Feb 2018 "East China Engineering Science & Technology Co., Ltd signed a construction contract with MagIndustries Corp and MagMinderals Potasses Congo S.A." The project stalled before and a new construction contract was signed in Feb 2018. Cheers

Quite right MinorMiner. The only way they can diversify the economy on such a scale (a requisite for IMF bailout package) is that they finance and develop the SEZ as it will generate so much business. Deals to be brokered or are being brokered as we speak.
