No RNS is great for us IMO. As we all know we had the hearing on the 30th of March. We had no update from that. Then we saw on the courts website that the next hearing was only 2 weeks away (being last Friday) and still no update. Any delay or negative news would be easy to notify the market. I'm thinking a lot is going on in the background here and we will be given a lovely comprehensive update when all things have been tied up.

Yes Max. With CLP having 52% and a majority surely they can force things through quickly? Or maybe they already have an agreement in place and FG is waiting for MedIapolis to get resolved and give us either a bumper RNS or staggered the RNS to give maximum effect on SP? Also the fact that Minor One news is well overdue and FG is biding his time means IMO he is waiting for perfect moment to release newsflow.

Now, how much are each of these villas worth? I've found a real estate agent in Italy listing villas of similar size to us in the same complex. I think there are a number of villas in the complex. I am not sure if they are selling ours. It doesn't matter. I am just using this to see how much our properties are really worth. We have 10 villas, 4-6 bedroom. A 4 bedroom property in this complex is listed for �1,286,000. 6 bedroom I am guessing will be around �1.7-2.0 million as a 3 bedroom in same complex is �730k. I have been looking over my notes from last year regarding the Sardinian Villas. As you know we had the new website last year. If you go on this website there are no photos of the villas. Funny that. The old website had them and I have them saved on my phone. Never can be too sure when you'll need them again! I did a reverse google image search (whereby you upload the photos to the search engine and it finds which websites host these photos). Yes and bircoin as mentioned earlier is rallying nicely. I'm not in CLP for that but at he same time it could be s nice little earner on top (esp being tax free using against our credits). Have a great weekend folks.
