I love the direction where this post went. @wombat I love your story and I find it very inspiring. It gives hope to the rest of us would-be millionaires. From my perspective it’s really mostly about mindset as opposed to cash in the bank ... would you agree?

I was sorely tempted BABA ... just couldn’t countenance a 50 quid loss!

So earlier today I was walking my dog (tommy) and as I tend to do (because I have an illness) I checked the buy and sell prices on HL. At the time I checked I was able to sell for 94.7 and buy for 94.5!!! I checked three times and in that 5 minute window this was the case . Has that ever happened to you before and what would it mean to the more experienced traders here?

all in all im happy with today ... I just have to let go of unrealistic expectations and instead enjoy the slow and steady 1,2 or 5 % every day is fine by me

zzzzz ... boring. Sorry for sounding cynical, but I'm as guilty as the next man for watching this waiting for the price to go parabolic. Im now not sure what sort of news will aid this north of £1 especially after the last two RNS. Turning into a joke - not because of PW and his efforts but because of what appears to be MMs manipulating and creating a market for trading this share rather than investing in it.

Only one of two things to do then ... buy because you know it’s gonna up and that’s why others are manipulating it ... or get out because there is a conspiracy afoot, nothing to then worry about
